POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 
JOB PROFILE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·  Retain information on competitor’s current sales tactics, products and market strategies.
·  Increase profit, revenue and market share by influencing new business across all customer segments.
·  Clientele development through various marketing mediums e.g. telemarketing, personal referrals etc.
·  Focus on long term relation with customers in order to retain them through developing trust.
·  Monitoring International market performance by reviewing Trade Media and keeping clients updated with the same and provide investment advice accordingly.
·  Achieve sales & marketing target assigned by the team lead.
 
DESIRED SKILLS:
Negotiation & Communication: Research economic fundamentals, market history and pitch to prospects and customers on daily basis.
 
Stress Management: You will be working on a lively, fast paced sales & marketing floor and be expected to pitch and sell to clients, you should be able to work under pressure.
 
Target Driven & Motivation: Due to targeted nature of the role, candidates who are money motivated and target driven are likely to highly successful.
