  1-    Job Description: Sales Executives (Fundraising)
Team players capable of achieving targets through product knowledge, client relationship and skill development. Candidates must have minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree and a professional experience of at-least one year in sales. Conveyance (Car / Bike) is a must.
Responsibilities
•Developing monthly plan for fundraising (FR).
 
•Setting targets and ensuring accomplishment with team.
 
•Mapping market for resource development (FR).
 
•Working on sponsor’s for different activities.
 
•Smooth operations (implementation, feedback and success) regarding campaigns.
 
•Finding new donors/ markets (segments) corporate, trader, individual.

 Responsible for developing a sales team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge enhancement. Candidates must have minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree and a professional experience of atleast 1-2 years in sales. Conveyance (Car / Bike) is a must.
 
Responsibilities

 Responsible to create and develop collateral in line with marketing strategies. Candidates must have command in written and spoken English and Urdu with minimum qualification of a Master’s degree. The candidates should have a professional experience of at-least two years in creative writing with one year in a managerial position.
Responsibilities
 
•Develop creative concepts, ideas for campaigns and various marketing materials.
 
•Creating, implementing campaigns and communications material.
 
•Editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications.
 
•Conduct and coordinate market research for various resource materials.
 
•Monitor activities and trends.
 
•Measure the success of all campaigns and publications.
 
•Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.

Responsibilities
 
•To develop concepts for literature and write articles, along with letters and proposals.
 
•Handle projects/campaigns from conception to implementation, including:
 
•Manage and transfer communication materials for internal feedback.
 
•Providing guidelines to the design team ensuring that creative intent and results are achieved at the highest level.
 
•Managing and keeping records of all campaigns and marketing materials.
 
•Developing E-collaterals to attract various markets.
 
•Daily correspondence with various departments associated with communication.
