A brand activation agency established in 2008 with its head office in Karachi and Regional office in Islamabad. Now they are establishing a regional office in Lahore for which they currently require services of an account executive.
Position Title: Account Executive
Department: Client Services
Reporting to: Regional Manager
Position Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 Months
Job Responsibilities:
· establish close working relationship with client, understand the main issues, people and culture in the client organization.
· meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their marketing requirements;
· working with agency colleagues to devise an marketing campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
· presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the regional manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
· working with the regional manager to brief media, creative, operations, merchandising and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
· liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the activation agency by maintaining regular contact with the client, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
· negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
· presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
· handling budgets and managing campaign costs;
· writing client reports;
· monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
· undertaking administration tasks;
· arranging and attending meetings;
· making pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
· identify opportunities for selling additional services to existing clients, including opportunities to introduce other disciplines to the client organization.
· ensure that all receivables of all assignments are inline and perform necessary actions assigned in case of disputes.
· maintain the network of business contacts. |
