A newly established FMCG company in Pakistan urgently looking for candidate for the position of Brand Manager with following requirements

Job Description Brand Manager

Experience
Experience of working in a marketing or brand management environment
Practical experience of brand management campaigns with active Membership.
Experience of success in using different marketing channels to build a Brand
Experience in handling ATL & BTL activities.
Have good analytical skills
Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Experience of consumer research and using these  to drive  and
implementation on the brand.

Knowledge and Skills
•A good working knowledge of marketing principles, particularly to support
 the building  and promotion of a brand.
•Good analytical skills of brands, market research, and market trends
•Good knowledge of different media channels for different audiences
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident at responding
 directly to individuals queries.
•Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
•Market research oriented, to conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
•To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data.
•To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
•Competent with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.

Requirements:
Approximately 2-3 years of brand management experiencein the marketing industry.
MBA in marketing or related degree
Age 25-30 years.
