POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATION:  MBA, BBA (Major in HR) - (Preferably some Computer Related degree in previous education like BCS) 4+ years experience in HR Department - (Preferably in any Software House)

JOBS DESCRIPTION:

Analyze and determine present & future manpower requirements of the organization in conjunction with organizational objectives
To attract, identify and recruit best resources for the vacant positions
Identify, analyze, plan & recommend training needs of employees through TNA, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line manager

Initiate, conduct and oversee Performance Evaluation Report, Promotion Boards and relating rewards with performance of employees
Review and propose a new training & development strategy for the organization
Ensure post-training learning outcomes from employees training and implementation of the same in the organization
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
To resolve employee grievances in line with organizational needs
To prepare and distribute written information to employees regarding their benefits, compensation and personnel policies
To administer the pay-roll and resolving issues pertaining to pay and allowances
HR Branding
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors
