Steam Roast Chicken



Ingredients:

full Chicken in pieces 
curd= 2 tablespoon 
Oil= 2 tablespoon 
semi grind red chilly(darra mirch)= 2 Teaspoon 
Fish masala=as per your requirement 
Garlic=1 clove 
Salt= as per you require 
Vinegar= 1.5 tablespoon 
Mustard powder= half Teaspoon 
black peper= 2 pinches 
aginomoto= 1 tablespoon

Procedure:

simply take a pressure cooker and first add chicken pieces, oil curd and rest of all ingredients one by one. slightly stir one or two times and then close the cooker with its lid. first 3,4 minutes cook on high flame then keep the flame low for about half an hour untill aroma comes out. After half hour, remove the lid from pressure cooker, if there's water still in the chicken then cook on high flame for 5 minutes or until water dries and light oil comes out. Take it out in serving dish and garnish with lemon,green chillies according to your wish.
