You can also consume sandwiches between your meals to keep your hunger pangs satisfied and energy level maintained. Here is a quick and easy recipe to make perfect chicken club sandwich at home. You can serve it with coleslaw and fries as well. You will need: Chicken (boiled and shredded) 2 breast pieces Cucumber, sliced 1 Tomato, sliced 1 Mayonnaise 1/2 cup White pepper 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Chinese salt 1/2 tsp 2 Eggs Few lettuce leaves Method: Add Soya sauce and Chinese salt to the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Make two thin omelettes to place in sandwich. Remove the sides of the bread slices, apply mayonnaise on one slice, then spread the chicken mixture on it and cover it with another slice. Place omelette, cucumber, and tomato and salad leaf on it.
