Easy Kaafta Kebab


NOODLES KAFTA KABABS
 
 
Ingredients
 
·                     Noodles                                     2 packs
·                     Dry coriander                             half teaspoon
·                     Garam masala powder           half teaspoon
·                     Crushed red chili                      half teaspoon
·                     Black pepper powder               half teaspoon
·                     Onion                                           2 pcs(chopped)
·                     Charcoal                                     1 pcs
 
 
Method
 
·                     Boil noodles in 3 cups water for 5-8 minutes until noodles get tender, drain out the excess water.
·                     Now add all spices with chopped onions along with noodles taste maker and mix well with light hands.
·                     Make 10-12 kafta kebabs (kebabs shaped life kofta) and bake them in heated oven at 180 temperatures for 10minutes.
·                     Brush kebabs with oil to get golden brown color.
·                     Or you can directly grill them on stove.
·                     Lastly, give a charcoal smoke by covering kafta kebabs with burnt charcoal for 5 minutes.
·                     Serve hot.
