Honey Eyed Chicken Wings


Noodles Honey and Chicken Wings
 
 
Ingredients
 
·                     Noodles                      1 pack(chicken flavor)
·                     Chicken wings           6 pcs
·                     Green chili                  1 tsp. (finely sliced)
·                     Black pepper              half tsp.
·                     Salt                                half tsp.
·                     Red chili flakes           half tsp.
·                     Red chili powder         half tsp.
·                     Corn flour                      3tbs
·                     Palin flour                      2tbs
·                     Eggs                              2 broken
·                     Breadcrumbs              half cup
 
 
Ingredients for sauce
 
·                     Garlic                     1 tablespoon (chopped)
·                     Honey                    3 tabs
·                     Salt                         1/4 tabs
·                     Black pepper         a pinch
·                     Oil                             1 tbs.
 
 
Method
 
Boil noodles for 5-8 minutes in two cups of water without adding tastemaker, till noodles get tender and then drain excess water. Boil chicken wings till meat gets tender. Separate chicken from wings .keeping wings joint intact in a separate bowl .Mix boiled noodles, tastemakers, spices, beaten eggs, corn flour and plain flour thoroughly. Cover chicken wings with noodles mixture and shape it like a wing again. Coat noodle wings first in plain flour and beaten eggs. Lastly, coat wings with bread crumbs and deep fry in pan till it turns golden brown and crispy.
 
Method to make honey sauce
 
Stir the garlic in one tablespoon oil till golden. Add listed above ingredients for the sauce and mix it. Set fried chicken wings in a serving plate and serve with the sauce and Enjoy.
