Noodles Chicky Pan Pizza

Pizza is an all-time favorite food but too expensive to buy it every day and enjoy quality dining time with family. Here is an easy healthy pizza recipe that you can make using Maggi noodles. It is best for diet conscious people, food lovers and kids as well. Using healthy and light material to make a pizza ensures that it is not at all junk and unhealthy.

Ingredients

Noodle, chicken flavor                   3 packets
Eggs                                                  4
Carrot (finely chopped)                   ½ cup
Capsicum (finely chopped)           ½ cup
Salt                                                     ¼ teaspoon
Black pepper                                    ¼ teaspoon
Chili flakes                                        ¼ teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese (grated)           4-5 tablespoon
Chicken fillet (diced)                       ¼ cup
Oil                                                        2 tablespoon

Spices For the mixture

Salt                                         ½ teaspoon
Black pepper powder          ½ teaspoon
Chili Flakes                           ½ teaspoon                       

Method:
         
  •          Boil noodles for 2-5 minutes in 4-5 cups of water and drain the extra water when noodles are cooked.
  •          In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add all the spices for the mixture along with the noodles taste maker.
  •          Add boiled noodles with chopped vegetables in this mixture and stir them with a spoon.
  •          Pour 1 tbsp. oil in heating pan and add this mixture in it.
  •          place a cover on the pan and keep it covered for 6-8 minutes
  •          Flip the mixture once it gets settled into the pan and also changes it color to golden brown or as per you wish.
  •         Remove the pan from heat when both the sides are properly cooked to a nice golden brown color and your base of the pizza is ready for the topping.
  •          In a separate pan, sauté chicken with 1 tbsp. oil, ¼ tbsp. black pepper, ¼ tbsp. chili flakes and spread on to the pizza.
  •          Now spread cheese on the top of pizza and cook for 2 minutes on low heat until all the cheese melts.
