Noodle Pakoras


NOODLE PAKORAS
 
 
Ingredients

 Noodles                                  1 pack
Gram flour                                100 gm.
Cabbage                                  40 gm. (chopped)
Onion                                        40 gm. (chopped
Green chilies                           5 gm.  (chopped)
Salt                                             half teaspoon
Curnain                                     half teaspoon
Coriander                                 half teaspoon
Red chilies powder                half teaspoon  
Water                                         half cup 
Oil (for frying)                            2 cups
 
 
Method
 
·                     Boil noodles in 2 cups of water 5-8minutes till gets tender. Drain excess water and keeps aside.
·                     Take a bowl and add noodles, gram flour, cabbage, onion, green chilies and spices along with noodles taste maker and                              mix smoothly with half cups of water to get the smooth paste.
·                     Make equal size noodles pacers and fry them in warm oil for 5-7minutes.
·                     Take out from oil and keep aside on a kitchen towel.
·                     Serve with nestle podina raita.
