Smoothies – Fruits are good

 Smoothies are the drinks made from the fruits. Other than the juice, it is the best and unique drink yet very simple to make at home. Fruits are essential for your body. It keeps the body hydrated and maintains the nutrition of the body making your skin, bones, nails and hairs grow in a healthy manner. It is a common observation that everyone wants to eat the best and yummiest thing in the world. By using the recourses we have to prepare our food we can think creative to make a yummy meal. Fruits are all time available product in our fridge. Before I tell you how to turn your fruit into the yummiest healthy drink, I would tell you some of the reasons which will make you fall in love with smoothies.

1) Saving time:

We are living in an era where time runs like a bullet train. We do not have even time to spend on our self. Students do not get time to get out of their studies, and professionals are busy in their jobs .If you are hungry, and you have no time to wait for the food to get ready, smoothie is the best choice. It takes maximum 5 minutes to prepare and gives you energy to feel fresh for almost 3-4 hours.
 
 2) Hydration:

Water is the most important thing we need for our health. Every time our elders, doctors and many other people keep on saying us to drink as much water as we can but we always fail to get the right amount of water. Smoothie fills up the need of water. It prevents us from dehydration especially in winters when the water intake is very lower.
 
3) Refreshment

In summers, smoothie proves to be a blessing. Iced smoothie with a fresh color and a nourishing taste rescue you in the scorching sun. Rather than having slush, which is not at all healthy, you must go for a smoothie.
 
 4) Fun with children
Do not be worried if your child does not eat anything. Children usually do not see any charm in healthy foods; they rather love having colorful things like candies, jellies and ice creams. Make a different color smoothie everyday and ask your little angel to guess the color and have fun with colorful drink. In this way they will have a nourished meal with the learning fun.

 5) Friendship bonds

Get popular among your friends by inviting them at home and serving them a well decorated smoothie and have fun by taking photos, watching movie or even combine studies.

 How to make a smoothie?

·         Take your favorite fruit and cut it into slices
·         Put it in the blender, add a little water, ice crushes and sugar
·         You can put a pinch of salt if you like.
·         Blend well and make a thick drink.
·         Decorate it by adding fruit slices, jelly beans, ice cream or any other thing you can think of.

Note: you can mix two or more fruits.
