Ayubia


Ayubia is a place in muree which is a mixture of the four hill station which are “Khanspur”, “Gali Changla”, “Khairagali” and “Ghor Daka”. It covers an area 26 KM/16 Miles. It is located in Abbottad District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. In 1984 it was declared National Park and then name as Ayubia after the second president of Pakistan Muhammad Ayub Khan. It is 8000 feet above the sea level.

Location & Temperature:
It is a resort complex surrounded by the 4 hill stations, seven major villages and 4 small towns. It is expanded from the original size of 4161 acres to 8184 acres. The weather of the Ayubia in summer is cold and in the winter it is harsh. The rainfall is 1244 cm and the temperature is 3 °C - 11 °C.

Famous:
The Ayubia chair lift to Dong Gali is almost the 4 km track. It is a beautiful place and has a sitting arrangement in the way.  It is a well known picnic point. There are many hotels and the restaurants in Ayubia. It is a hiking place, picnic spots and motels.  The chair lift is used to as the facility and is an attraction for the tourist. It is a beautiful place.
