Ansoo lake


Introduction:
Ansoo Lake is a beautiful lake located at the kaghan valley in the Mansehra District of the KPK, Pakistan. It is near the Himalayan mountain range. It is the pleasant and the beautiful lake. It is named ansoo because of its shaped. Teardrop shape of this lake is the reason why it is named as ansoo.  It is also look like the human eye structure but this beautiful lake is defected with the Earthquake that comes on 2005 in Kashmir.

Discovered:
This beautiful lake is discovered by the Pakistan army pilots in 1993 which is also unknown to the locals. There is no place near this lake where tourist can stay and spend night. Many tourist live in the camp In a extreme cold but it is not a save activity to perform.

How to reach from Lake Saif-ul-Malook:
This lake is reached by the tourist by two paths one is short that comes from saif-ul-mulook lake. It takes more than 7 hours from there to reach. But it is mostly covered with snow but the best month for the trek is from 10 July to 15 august. The time to start your trek from the lake saiful Mulook is early in the morning means 6 o’ clock. Visitors are also able to hire the horses and the guides to reach to the Ansoo Lake. The way is divided in two paths one is valley part and second part of the way is from the camp of the Malika Parbat.

Reach from the Mahandri through Manoor Village:
The other path from where you are able to trek to the Ansoo lake begins from the Mahandri village which is located 40 km to the south of the Naran. This valley is able to give thepicturesque view. It takes 6 to 7 hours to reach that starts from “DHER” and after dher it takes 3 to 4 hours at the height 14000 feet, from where Ansoo Lake is visible and is reviewed.
