According to United Nations Declaration Human Rights are:
“Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. “

Simply we can say human rights means fundamental rights of humans.  According to the Islamic laws, there is no difference between humans on the basis of color, place of residence or any other basis but only on the basis of TAQWA which mean fear of God.

Whenever there is violation of human rights in any part of the world, others who come to know this situation raise voice to stop this violation.  There are NGOs working for the cause of human rights.  An NGO mean a “non government organization”, such organizations are not maintained or run by government.  These are funded by donors from several sides like they might be from inside the organization or supporters from outside the organization or society or even outside the territory of the country in which the organization is working.
